To obtain a valid user name and password, users must provide a valid email address. North Dallas Online stores this information in a database that is not publicly accessible. North Dallas Online will only use your email address and any other information in your user profile to contact you in the following cases:

1. When you join your initial password is mailed to you.
2. When you use the Business location Service to notify you that results are available for you to review.
3. You lose your password and have us email it to you.
4. There is a Terms of Service violation on your account and we have to contact you.
5. We are served with a court order requesting the information.

IP Addresses
Whenever you go to any Web site, your IP address is transmitted to the server. North Dallas Online will never try to identify individual users by their IP addresses except to enforce our Terms of Service.
